The Company was incorporated as an “OPC” or “One Person Company” [company limited by shares] on 26/04/2019 under the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder. The Corporate Identity Number (CIN) is U74999AP2019OPC111780 and the Company has only 1 (One) person as Member and Director. The liability of the member is limited to the amount of shares held. The Company provides to anyone the business solutions and services [except finance / investment activities] with reasonable skill, fair industry practices, adequate processes, diligence, due care and concern.
Ms. Ujwala Khamithkar was born in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India in the year 1990.
She has completed her MS in Industrial Pharmaceutics from JNTU Hyderabad, India in collaboration with University of the Pacific, Stockton, USA in the year 2014 and LL.B from Osmania University in the year 2022. She was a member of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), as issued by The Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council.
She became independent corporate consultant for 3 years [2016-18] and worked on diversified assignments in the Group Companies of:
Vijaya Diagnostic, Kamineni Hospitals, NSL Power, MFAR Constructions and Orane Developers.
She then incorporated a One Person Company in the year 2019 and became the sole Director and Member of the Company so as to widen her scope in corporate sector on specialised matters through consulting, advising, providing solutions and giving services to prospective businesses and clients.
