The Corporate Identity Number is U74999AP2019OPC111780. The Company is managed by 1 (One) individual who is Director and Member. The Company is operating in only one business segment, i.e., to carry on singly or jointly, directly or indirectly, in India or outside India, THE BUSINESS OF consulting, advising, providing solutions and giving services (except finance / investment activities) to the industries of primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary & quinary.
Mrs. K. Ujwala was born in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India in the year 1990.
She has completed her MS (Industrial Pharmaceutics) from JNTU Hyderabad, India in collaboration with University of the Pacific, Stockton, USA in the year 2014 and LL.B from Osmania University in the year 2022.
She was a Registered Pharmacist in The Telangana Pharmacy Council till 2025. She got enrolled as an Advocate in The Bar Council of the State of Telangana, Hyderabad in 2026.
She was an independent corporate consultant for 3 years [2016 to 2018] and worked on diversified assignments in the Sectors of Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Power, Construction and Infrastructure. [In the group companies of Vijaya Diagnostic, Kamineni Hospitals, NSL Power, MFAR Constructions and Orane Developers]
She incorporated an One Person Company in 2019 and became the sole Director and Member of the Company and is operating the same till date.
She has 10 years of rich experience in consulting, advising, providing solutions and giving services to businesses and clients in infrastructure sector and focussing mainly on compliance and risk management.
